Have you ever owned another convertible? If not, I say get the roadster. With the weather in Florida, you'll truly enjoy the "ultimate tanning machine". Also, keep in mind that the sunroof in the coupe does not slide back--it just flips up at the back.
If you don't care about the experience of owning your first convertible ever, or if you are planning on racing the car or taking it to driving schools, then go with the coupe. It has much less chassis flex than the roadster and its roof will get you in driving schools that won't let the roadster in.
Either decision you make, you won't be disappointed.
