Pay for a cupholder swap? (archive)

I have a late 99 build M-Roadster and the dealer has had the worst time finding me a cupholder. From subscribing to this board, I understand that this should be a straight swap (no cost). Well, after a month of searching, my dealer finally located the cupholder replacement for my car and left me a message that it will cost $50. I will call them back and tell them there is no way I was paying for this replacement specially since they told me at time of purchase it was a "swap". Is there a technical bulleting from BMW that supports me on this? If so, would anyone have the bulletin number?
