I love the clean lines of the Z3 uncluttered with moldings like 95% of cars out there. I wouldn't add it. It's worth the risk for asthetics. And for what Z3 owner is asthetics not a factor?

: They are made with a polyurethane semi-rigid integral molded compound and are UV protected. The moldings come in a satin black. They can be painted to match the vehicle color.
