My company was removed today, the car was purchased two weeks ago, 3/18/99. Their argument was that the rebate forms must be requested before the expiration date. They claim to have no record of my first request.

I'll try again with BMWUSA corporate office tomorrow. If that doesn't work, the salesman asked that I write him a letter and give him a chance to follow through before writing one to the BBB or filing a small claim against BMW.

: The big question is the actual dates that your company was added to and removed from the program. If the purchase date of your car falls within those dates, I don't see that BMW has much of a case to stand on.
