We found BMW corporate to be most cooperative, and willing to go the extra mile, in attempting to get us qualified for the rebate. To no avail (see below), but not through any fault of BMW
If the name you got was Sylvia Schumann (sp?), then you will be in good hands. If not, try very hard to get a hold of her. She is a MOST friendly and helpful business lady with BMW, and appears very desirous of giving away that money!

: This afternoon I made my third request for the loyaty rebate forms from BMWNA. I made my first request about seven weeks ago, was told they would be mailed - never got them. Made my second request about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The person even found my name listed but said they would send them again. Today I talked to NA customer service, told them the problem and he said he would personally walk them to the person who send the forms out. (I also got a name this time). However, he also mentioned the 60 days from time of purchase to claim the rebate. But, he added I wouldn't have to worry about this and noted same in my inquiry file. Well, we'll see. Stay tuned.
