I think it's the very least, it ups the rev limiter and takes of the top speed limiter. I've defintely noticed a difference, especially low RPM torque. The car has a nice sweet spot at around 3-3500RPM now were it was kinda flat before. As for RD's claims, can't say although they are an Italian company so I'm sure their testing methods are different (metric). The price seems a little high though, since the list price is only $299. Sounds like they're trying to charge you $182 for 1.5 hrs. of labor...that's a bit steep!
