Adam,

Your dealer is marking up the upgrade just a bit on the high side. As Kevster stated, the software costs $299+installation and tax. You should not be paying more than $410. And as far as installation goes...they estimated about 1.5 hrs to do so....I would question that. All the upgrade consist of is a software that is downloaded to you OBDII. Good luck.
