The BEGI unit is an AutoRotor supercharger and the Sebring is an Eaton "roots" type supercharger. The AutoRotor is a bit more thermaly efficant (produces less heat) than the roots type.

The BEGI includes an intercooler and puts out more boost. As a result you get a bit more HP and more torque than the Sebring unit.

It also costs a lot more.

Other than that I have had my BEGI for about a year now with no complaints. I track the car regularly with no problems so far...
