The only hope you have, and this is a thin one, when tagged by an instant-on radar is to hit the brakes hard right away. If you can generate deceleration rate of over 6 feet per second then the radar unit will not be able to get a long enough reading to display a speed to the opreator.

This mean quick reaction, like F1 driver reactions, to a detector warning. This technique worked for me once out of 4 oppurtunities (only got warnings on 2 pf them).

I fully agree with other board members that a V1 is your best protection. It may cost more but the price difference disapears when you avoid one or two tickets.
