If your wish to speak your opinion do so. If you wish to promote lies or promote inaccurate comments that you, obviously, have no knowledge of, please confine them to yourself.
Apparently, you have experience of geting ticketed in going 45 in a 65 since you claim knowledge of the incident or is this another non-fact based statement? I hope the "facts" you purport to be presented by the NMA are more accurate than your posted statement.
Our system of laws was designed to protect the rights of all and anyone should protest their innocence. How unfortunate that this has spawned an industry of protecting the guilty and a society where the ability to accept responsibility for its actions is fleeting.
: ...instead of fighting it. Worst kind of buyers remorse.
: Don't worry Hammer, your money went to a good cause - probably funded the acquisition of some more "revenuer-guns"! If you're a cop, I can understand your taking offence to the implication, just as I'm sure you can understand the rest of us taking offence to the idea of revenue driven speed limit enforcement where we're the victims (instead of rational, safety driven enforcement like ticketing people going 45 in a 65!)
: Speedster/Dave/z3rider, if you're serious about curbing abuses of speed limit enforcement for revenue purposes, join the NMA. You can thank the NMA for raising the speed limit (and in the process saving thousands of person-hours, lives and dollars).
