I checked my sources at BMW manuf. MY00 coupes are being made now, just like other models. Aprox. 10% of production is coupes. There have been no announcements , or rumors, at the plant of stopping production of the coupe. Most of the coupes being made are for overseas. It seems to have caught on better over there than in the states.

: There was a post a couple of days ago regarding BMW's cancellation of the MCoupe. Did anybody find out if this is true. If so, what would be the last model year?
