roof teared: HEEEEELLLPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (archive)

today morning: HORRORRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there's a thin tear of one centimeter long on the roof above the gear shift. In complete shock I write this message: what can I do? now my z3 infiltrates water!! ahhhhh should I change the whole roof? or maybe I try to sell the car? Or kill all cats in the world?
till I do any of these, is there a product that sticks this type of tissu together? cause the tear is very thin, the two sides are still touching each other.

For now I'm going to put a piece of leather for protection on top of the roof at night, but the weight of the cat will continue to make the hole longer.
