they were never oficially imported to the US, but i hear there are 3 in the US (one or 2 in Miami and one in California if the rumors are true)...there was also an article in the ROundel recently of a story about a (unnamed by my choice) autobroker in the US that was trying to buy one that was at DIsney's epcot center (the car was in Massachusettes when he was trying to buy it), but the story didn't say if he bought it or not (i am assuming not)
