The japanese make great cars. They are extremely reliable, fuel efficient, and confortable. Did I forget fun? No I didn't. The japanese seem to be concentrating on making larger, roomier, quieter cars. Somewhere along the way they forgot that there is much more to a car than mere transportation. They forget about sensation, about the rush of addrenaline while taking a turn hard, the sound of an engine, beutifully sculpted sheet metal. And instead, they decided they rather have isolation chambers on wheels that look more and more like jelly beans every year.
Lets face it, the main difference between german and japanese cars is that german cars are driving machines, while japanese cars are reliable appliances.
I know my Z3 will not last as long as a japanese car. But in the mean time, I'm having a blast.
