Use the lease calculator at the official BMW website under the finance section and type in your down payment and term. Best quotes are at 42 months, with 36 months a close runner up.

Use it as a guide, because someone is always going to tell you they got a better deal. Each time someone posts a price on the board, there is a string of better deal responses. Don't expect more than sticker price or $500 off in most markets. I don't think anyone will post their deal due to the better deal response phenomenon. E-mail me directly and I'll tell you what my lease deal was on my 2.3 MY00 Z3, as the lease calculator does seem a bit higher than reality.
