Gerry O'Conner (BMW CCA LA Tech) talks about the Active Autowerks Turbo. MechTech is a great operation and has proven to be reliable since 1995 E36. Many references. Brecht Motors, a local BMW dealership uses a Z3 2.8 stock, not even a brake upgrade and competes with this car, i have been in it on the track and it is great, fast and sounds cool. They have a great deal of brutal miles on it and no problems. When my warranty goes i will get them to put one in and balance the motor as well.
