you probably mean 235/40-17? also, i am assuming you have a 2.8 Z3 (///M would need different sizes on the back). i run bfg g-force kd on my ///M coupe, but i recently talked to a porsche 993 owner who runs a032r. he said the tire is great on the track and tolerable on the street, but very noisy ("sounds like you have a flat" according to the guy). he drove down on the tires from canada to oregon for a track day. i was pretty much even with him through the turns, though - so i would say the real advantage of the yoko over g-force kd is price, not traction (you pay for it with noise and treadwear, a 60 rating for yoko and 200 rating for bfg). hope this helps....

: What size are your wheels? I have 17" and TireRack is recommending 335/40/17s on all four wheels.

: thanks
