put it on and leave in 90 degree sun for about 2 days. It'll loosen up.
: I swear that boot cover of mine is too stiff to do that. Once I attach the center snaps...the folded arms will not come extended enough to get around to the side snaps. This is kind of hard to explain but basically my boot seems too stiff. I have had this car for about a week now, maybe the boot will become more flexible over time, doubt it though.

: : I leave the two arms of the boot cover tucked into the center piece (or hanging back and loose is even better) and insert the boot cover vertically into the well where the roof is folded. Attach the two center snaps (should be pretty easy, especially after you have done it a few times). Then untuck the center pieces and kind of unroll them out to reach the front snaps. This CAN BE DONE, the boot cover is more flexible than it seems. Then snap on the front snaps, piece of cake. Watch the snaps while you are unrolling, I've never scratched the paint, but I could see it happening if you weren't careful. I have done this procedure dozens of times.
