Attach the two center snaps (should be pretty easy, especially after you have done it a few times). Then untuck the center pieces and kind of unroll them out to reach the front snaps. This CAN BE DONE, the boot cover is more flexible than it seems. Then snap on the front snaps, piece of cake. Watch the snaps while you are unrolling, I've never scratched the paint, but I could see it happening if you weren't careful. I have done this procedure dozens of times.
