Here's my situation. My first BMW, a 00 2.3. At 3k miles the DSC stops working and I hear a click in the rear end. The dealer has had it since 5/29. So far they have told me that the clicking is "one of the rear axles is cracked" and as of 6/10 they have no idea why the DSC is inoperative. I would like some advice on dealing with this situation/dealer.

I love this car but don't want emotion to come before demands I should make (if any) on the dealer. I've never heard of problems like these on a Z or any other car with 3k/less miles.
