Quick and easy speaker upgrade.... (archive)

Tonight I just installed a pair of JBL 6.5's (200 watts). This was the easiest speaker install I have ever done. No cutting of metal - only modification is cutting of the kickpanel plasic (for the speaker cover piece). I didn't even have to change any of the connectors - fit perfectly. It was a basic drop-in install that took me about a 1/2 hour.

The best thing is that the speakers cost me $115 (bought them at a auction on ebay.com). The improvement in sound quality is incredible (I would still like to add a amp). So for anyone that is looking for improvement in their sound system I totally suggest these 'no hassle' speakers!!
