BMW of San Diego, good service, how strange. (archive)

I've taken my ///M to BMW of San Diego for parts and service. Went there once to buy my windscreen and back today for squeaky breaks, the well known problem with the fuel sending unit, and to get my armrest.

I was kind of reluctant to do this at first because the sales side of thier business is well known for ... uh, being in serious need of improvement.

But FWIW, parts and service over there are great. Well run, efficient, professional, and pleasant to work with. Not what I was expecting (g).
