Many who have tracked will agree that an added safety factor in the Z3s would be wise.

But the question is: why is the decision to ban Z3s (with or w/o rollbar) left to a chapter, or in many cases, a single person?

Also, the cost of the rollbar may be somewhat prohibitive; I add up the components from HMS to install the Sportbar, harnessbar, gromets, replacement panel, etc, and it's about $1700. Throw in installation, and you're closer to $2500. That's a good chunk of change.
