It is a shame to not take it through the paces. It is not a comfortable car for a Sunday afternoon cruise, so I imagine the driver was either 1)in the break-in period or 2)Wasn't comfortable with high revs needed to torque out of the curves. The car can stay in your rear view mirror, but is a different beastie to drive - All us low rev, high torque folks have gotten use to a sound and feel that is far different on the S2000.

Option 3 - the driver does not intend to take the car through the paces ever - what a shame, buy a convertable Studebaker and use you savings to do something you enjoy.
