I wish you all the best with the Viper. I'd never try to change your mind, but I've owned both vehicles and like my '99 ///MZ3 much better. I'll admit that there's nothing in the world like the feeling of 450 horses at full acceleration, but the ride was bone-jarring, it overheated like mad in the Texas heat, and the build quality was absolutely terrible. Kept the stereo at full blast to cover up the multitude of rattles and squeaks. I sold it, bought the MZ3, pocketed 20 large and got a vehicle that is fast, well-built and refined enough to live with on a day-to-day basis. I must admit, though, I do miss those Ferrari-Viper shootouts at the Viper Club meetings...
