:I have had very good luck with Rain-X, plus a small amount of vinegar mixed in with a cup of water. Apply and buff dry with newspaper. Takes lots of "elbow grease",but shines up nice and spots are usually eliminated. The Rain-X hazes up even by itself,but continued wiping with clean cloth/newspaper/paper towel will do the job.[ That is where all the elbow grease comes in].
