These guys had previous citations. Incredibly low fines @ $85 per incident. Obviously racing. It does seem odd that at 75 mph he lost control. Maybe not paying attention. Having a momentary lapse of attention while "Drag racing" seems negligent. I don't think there is any way you can put a positive spin on this. I know that our cars (Porsches, Zs, etc.) can handle that speed, but as drivers we have to recognize the consequences to family, friends when we indulge ourselves in our passion.
