I tried the RainX a few years ago and even still have a bottle. The results were terrible because instead of cleaning my windshield it got me a haze on it that was worse than the original problem. Last summer I tried it on again on my GranCaravan windshield before a trip to Va and the results were terrible again. And even I bought a bottle of RainX solution (pink color) to fill my windshield cleaning deposit and had to emptied it. Yesterday I was looking at the MNW shop a guy making the final touches to a new car and saw him giving a beautifull shiny and clear finish with some foam spray. I'll try to get one of those cans. thansk: I have had some luck on a non BMW vehicle's windshield with the product called "Rain X"...the product is wiped on and dries to a haze then is removed with a damp cloth...used to sheet water off windshield during rainstorm, but it also helped some of the waterspots that had made their way on my windshield....

: Good luck
