YAY for East Bay!
I learned that as a travel agent. Problems are going to happen, and a "problem" customer can become your best client if you handle it well. Just accept responsibility, fix it right and the customer and all their buddies become your asset.
(True, as the great folks at Daniels' pointed out, "word of mouth" cuts 2 ways. i.e. people can come thinking they will receive the world on a stick)
So... YAY for good dealerships, YAY for East Bay, YAY for Daniels'
