: A while back there was a thread dealing with removing the airbag warnings from the visors.....thanks to a post on the UUCDigest, I tried a product today that worked GREAT. "Goof Off" (and no, I'm not affiliated, etc etc)is the name - available here thru Home Depot (same disclaimer applies). Removed the visors from the car (Torx driver required), soaked a rag with Goof Off, and scrubbed (not hard, I might add). After the labels were gone I used some Simple Green (yet another product I'm not affiliated with!)to clean the visors, tho I noted no residue. Start to finish took less than 15 minutes total - including removing and reinstalling the visors. Most important, there was very little (emphasis on VERY)softening of the visor material. What softening did occur should tighten up in little or no time. I'm a believer - I'm going to de-label the wife's Outback as soon as she gets home!
