Is there anyway to correct this aside from running 8% larger tires. From what I have read BMW says this error is within tolerance and so they won't help. I suspect the error was placed there very intentionally and they like it that way. I'd rather have an accurate Speedo, this is an inexcusable annoyance. Does there Speedo system utilize a gear at the tail of the transmission like a domestic. If so, someone could make some money selling gears cut to correct the error.
