...against verbally ripping the offender a new one. He/she would likely be less willing to cough up insurance info if you're on a verbal rampage. I know if I were the guilty party and the opposing driver went China Syndrome on me I'd be out of there as fast as I could get the car in reverse and disengage myself from the accident scene.
