Yes you are missing the pads. It is not uncommon for them to fall off. I have had to replace one. I removed all of them and put some clear RTV on the underside to aid in keeping them on.


: The owners manual for my '97 1.9 indicates that there should be a plastic pad at each of the four jacking points
: and that the jack should interlock into the pad. On my car there is a round and square hole punched into the body floor pan at these locations. The jack doesn't fit into any of the holes. Are there parts missing on the car or the jack? On my 325 the jack interlocked into metal flanges
