..1.9

Admittly I was dissappointed with the car after driving an M3 - but after a few weeks I leared the "feel" of the car, added a Remus, and BINGO we have a winner.

I drove the 2.8 yesterday and was not overly impressed - but I'd like to try and M-roadster and see if it's compariable to the M3.

With a nod to the other members of mz3net I have to agree that the stereo sucks - but the stereo on the 2.8 (HK) was nothing to brag about either. Both need some work to make them audiable w/ the top down...stock system just makes white noise. (However, w/ the top up, it isn't too bad.)

AFA speed goes, the 1.9 will do 80-90 without a blink - and it's surprisingly smooth. At ~105+ it performs miserably compared to the 2.8...but I seldom drive over 85. As a daily driver, I really appreciate the gas mileage of the 1.9 - I have no idea how it compares to the 2.8, but I just came from an SC400 and there's a measuable difference. (2.8 owners care to respond?)

Well, CNNHN just said that it's 74* outside - so I think I'm going to have to take a little drive.

TTFN,
