I run a 5 point 3" Simpson harness.

The lap belt uses the same mount points as the stock seat belts.

The shoulder straps are connected to a HMS harness bar connected to my HMS roll bar. The seat has a hole in it to pass the shoulder straps (in a "Y" configuration). The harness bar and seat grommets are available from HMS and work with their roll bar.

The sub strap (a two-point configuration) is bolted to the front seat mount points using custom nuts I machined myself. The sub strap is not at the optimum angle (the power seat motor is in the way) but will help to stop the lap belt from climbing.
