I went with an Aluminum flywheel and a M3 "sport" clutch in my 1.9. The pressure plate and disk are from Sachs.

I have not had any problems with the setup. We did have to modify the release fork to get the throw the same as stock. The pedal pressure is much greater (I think it is even more than my F-250 truck).

Otherwise fairly staight forward. I got the parts from RMS. Give them a call and see what Osh has to say. They are a little expensive.
