Lots of well-earned compaints about some BMW dealers on the board. I'd like to give Savage BMW in Ontario, CA. a big high five for great service, great work, and being all round good guys.
Had the M-roadster in yesterday for an old service and to fix some warrantee items--the "disco" gas gauge, faded badges, CD-player problems and the dreaded rear speaker kazoo effect.
Ron Nelhams was my service advisor. He is great. Polite, competent, and kept me informed when a minor dumb thing that I had done was going to cost me a couple bucks--BMW covered the service and all the warrantee stuff without any quibbling. Arranged for me to be delivered to and picked up from work, about 20 miles away. Everything was on time. The car was thoroughly cleaned and in great shape.
Ron met me as I arrived at the dealers to pick up the car and walked out to it with me explaining the things they had done.
This is a first class place. I will not post the reason I'm driving 18 miles past a local BMW dealer to go to Ontario. Flaming is such an ugly thing.
