Have you been back to Irvine?
The service dept is not very well respected.
I live 4 miles from them , and I dont even slow down on my way past enroute to another dealer.

So maybe it does come down to the person that "helps" you.

And possibly attitudes on both sides of the table play a role in the service provided.
