Just a couple of things.
19" rims and tires are ridiculously expensive...dealer price or not. Even the cheap knock offs will run you $5000 with tires. Also tires are very difficult to impossible to find in the correct size. A single piece rim is usually lighter than a 3 piece, but I doubt you will find a single piece 19" rim. Three piece rims allow more flexibility in sizing especially with small production runs that 19" rims bring.
I have 18" rims and they are a pain to avoid rim scrapes (the thin sidewalls on the tires offer NO protection).
If I had to do it again, I would get 17" rims in the front and 18" in the rear with oversize tires to protect the rims and also lower the car. 18" rims with lowering springs in the front will almost definately rub.
