: I have used SCR, their rates according to their web site are $155/D weekdays, $175/D weekends and $930/Week. I had no problems with them with the small exception of returning through Dollar which had a long LONG line. They do bring the car to the terminal for you at pick-up. Their ph. no. is (800) 400-8412. Others may also rent their but this is the one I know of, hope this helps.
