I have toasted several S2000s by rather large margins. I ALWAYS got the initial lead and easily increased it. It was hardly a challenge. Vettes and Mustangs are much more competition ! I know the mags like to portray that car as competition to the MZ3 but in the real world the S2000 does not have a prayer against an M.

: First off 2 secs in like to 25 mph, right in his vtec range. From experiences in m3's this is wher the s2000 beats it. If you did not launch ahead of him you two would be even throughout. Unless you heard him screaming(engine) he was not racing. Besides you would never pull away at that low of speeds...the cars are to similar in performance...that is why i supspect you "thought" you were racing when the other driver really wasnt....its ok though....neither of you are slow...i would love to race in you in s2000 to show you how even they are...
