: I was running late, so I haven't had a chance to jumpstart her, but I will, first thing in the morning.
So, I spent an hour trying to jump start her, with no success. a lot of that time was spent pushing her out of the garage part way so my jumper cables could reach into the trunk. My jump starter is my Audi 5000, and it's battery is beneath the passenger side rear seat cushion. Kind of ironic in its own way.
After much struggling, I had no success. I did get some power, but apparently the Audi battery just wasn't supplying enough power to cause Saffy to turn over more than briefly. I'll call AAA (and then, maybe I'll chance calling BMW Roadside) when I get home tonight.
In the end, I couldn't push Saffy past the lip of the garage door, and I didn't want to leave her bum sticking out, so I had to push her out to the parking area, complicated by the fact that the spots directly behind my garage were taken. I ended up scratching the back edge of my door getting her out of the garage when I was steering and pushing her out - MAJOR D'OH! I'll have to see if touch-up will do handle it because it's minor scratching.
Unfortunately, I have a sealed battery, so I couldn't check the water.
