used '93 325 iS, good price? (archive)

I posted a message here a few days ago regarding finding a good second hand commuter car so I could keep the miles off the MZ3. I got lots of good suggestions and have been out test driving some of the recommended cars. However, of course finding a used bmw is high on the wish list. My limit was $10k. I recently located a '93 325 iS with 90k miles for $9500. Its black on black.

Any opinions on this car?
