my hazard lights and alarm are nuts!! PLEASE HELP (archive)

maybe someone out there can help me. i have a 96 1.9 triple black. anyways, about 2 saturdays ago, the local dealer checked out my alarm and discovered that when i armed it, the trunk was not locking. they had my car for the whole day and eventually they gave me a call and told me that they had checked the whole car and that the problem was that a wire was damaged in the trunk and they fixed it. so i picked up my car and everything was dandy. BUT in the following days, my hazard lights and dome light would just turn on by themselves for no apperant reason. it happened 4 times to be exact in 3 days. so i went back to the dealer and let them know what was going on. so they had my car for 2 days and when i got it back they said, sorry but we couldnt check the problem becuase you have an aftermarket amp and someone has cut through the wire harness. this shocked me because i had explained to my service guy that all these problems started after they serviced my car !! so he says, bring it back if it keeps happening. SO now its happening again. i feel that bmw is taking a cheap shot. there not even checking the problem at all. i believe the problem has something to do with the crash sensor becuase i was told that newer bmw's are equiped to turn the hazards on, turn the dome light on, and open the locks, in the event of an accident. IS THERE ANY PHONE # OR ANYTHING THAT I CAN CALL TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF IF MY LOCAL DEALER DOESNT CORPORATE ?? PLEASE HELP
