Zaino polish...I'm getting bad results, HELP ME (archive)

I am using Zaino for the first time. SO far I am unimpressed. I washed the car with dish soap to strip the old wax. I clayed the car. I used Z1 then Z5.

The Z5 never seems to come off. I left the car for three hours in the sun to let the Z5 dry (about 50 - 55 degrees out today) I then brought it into the garage for another few hours and it still does not come off "clean". The car is black and the swirl marks and very light scratches remain, and to me look worse since stripping off the wax.

What is wrong?
