: I have five coats on my 98/2.8, but I allowed each one to dry in the garage overnight. Each coat showed progressively diminishing returns, and after five, enough was enough. A TON of work from start to finish, but the results are outstanding and just as important, so is the durability. When I was finished, I rode down the street reading the business roadside signs clearly in the hood!
