: : : I have read the messages about homecoming 2000 and to say the least, I AM CONFUSED. I purchased a Y2k M roadster last month. I have been a regular on the MB and have gotten a lot of good advice. My saleslady at Fields BMW signed me up for BMWCCA (I got my membership card 2 weeks ago). I sent a check to the Z3 registry 2 weeks ago. The saleslady at the dealership told me about Homecoming. Last week I called the Airport Marriott to make reservations, and they told me that the "club" had yet to make a commitment. Being new to BMW, the message board, BMWCCA and the Z3 Registry, I am unaware of the politics. I do not know who "runs" homecoming 2000. I was under the assumption that it was a "get together" for Z owners, that there would be a driving school, as well as all sorts of informational sessions. The bottom line is: Is there going to be a homecoming in Spartansburg over labor day weekend? If so, when will the agenda be available?

I'm still confused. When will it be determined if there is even going to be a Homecoming 2000.
