: There have been quite a few posts about Z3 safety. In the archives, search for "Z3 safety" and "Z3 crash". The Z3 will hold its own in crashes, far outdoing the Miata in terms of passive safety. Most notably, the A-pillars are solid bricks of steel and will barely budge, bend, and will not break even in the toughest of rollover accidents (pics can be seen in archives).

: Passenger space is maintained in severe frontal and side impact collisions, but most important thing is that you use your seatbelt.
