Post Service Survey? (more) (archive)

I had my car serviced.

The dealer called and left me a message asking about the service.

Then, I got a post card from them, asking my feelings on the service, also saying if I could not give him excellent on everything to call them and maybe they could make it right. The kicker, they also said if I gave him even just one good, he would get a "0" rating.

Has anyone ever heard of this?
