This pressure is normal. I think most dealers do it, including mine.
Do one (or both) of these things:
1. If you aren't happy with the service, tell the dealer and let them try and make it better. Odds are the dealer figures they can't lose, if you give them another chance they win (actually this is good for both of you), if you feel pressured into giving them a good rating, they win (and you lose).
2. If you are offended by the pressure (or intimidation) presented by the card, send it to BWNA, let them know the dealers are making the feedback useless by pressuring the owners.
I found that by NOT giving them a good rating, I got a different service advisor, they no longer tell me the things I mention are "normal" (they still can't fix some of them, but at least it gets written up and they try) and they don't "Lose" my appoinments anymore.
They have a whole new attitude, and it is better.
